Fonts from internal Adobe Fontmanager not loading in 15.2 ??

I've been using the internal Adobe Font manager for 10 years now. It works fine in all Adobe apps I use (AE, PS, ILL, PR).

I'm a talking about fonts in the hidden 'Font' directoy located in applicationsupport/adobe/ (dont know the PC path).

I've installed the new update of AE (version 15.1.1) but those fonts are not loading, only systemfonts and TypeKit!

What is going on? My projects are useless since I need to change manually 100+ layers
