im working on a project here

and the renders are a little jumpy,  i believe it is beause some of the files are 24 or 25 fps

i can fix it by individually changing the files to conform to 30fps, however it is a huge project and this will take forever

is there a way to do it in bulk for all files within a project?

If you don't have any lip-sync audio in the project...

AND

if slight speed changes in the video don't bother you....

AND

your video clips have trim handles....

you ought to be okay conforming.  If you can't meet all three of these conditions, it's time for frame rate conversion software.
