Glitch in After Effects

Hi there!

This is the second project where I am having this issue.

I am working in AE CC 2018 on a Windows 10 PC with a GTX 970 GPU. I am working on MXF Files from a Sony FS5.

After doing some compositing on the footage, I am getting single frames with "glitches", see screenshot.

The last time I could get rid of these by redoing the compositing, the same way.

Any ideas how these may be caused?

Those are usually decoding errors. My suggestion would be to transcode the footage to a standard Mezzanine format that is easier to decode. ProRez, Cineform, even image sequences are likely candidates.
