GoPro FX Reframe Glitch/not framing.

I'm using the FX Reframe in AE and Premiere Pro for Insta 360 Footage.  When reframing in PP it seems to work fine when using everything.  When I try to use it AE all it's giving me is a kaleidoscope look anywhere I reframe it at.  Anyone have any issues with this or know how to fix it if it's working in PP and not AE?  I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and still nothing.  I attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I try to reframe the video.
