Green noise in bottom of video

Hi,

what is wrong with my settings cause when I import videos there is this green noise etc in bottom of video. Resolution of the video is 2560x1440 and it is recorded default screen recorder in Win10.

That's a plain old decode error because AE cannot properly handle certain hardware-accelerated CoDecs like OBS or whatever. The file needs to be transcoded in an external program.
