having problem with MIXAMO character in After Effect

i was wondering if somebody help me!, i made my character in mixamo site and animated,then i import it in C4D and export it inorder to use it in AE,  i have a problem with my model,when i bring it to AE ,everything is ok Except 2 hands that are open and without any move! my model is dancing but that arms are stick to my model ! 

how Exactly should i bring mixamo character with animation into Ae! could you help me PlzUntitled.png

Blend shapes are not supported and that is that. You have to forego these features or re-create them using C4D's native morph mixer and bake/ cache them to deformations. Simply delete the offending stuff in C4D before exporting.
