I'm adding lower thirds to a video and I want to animate their "helix" in a revolving type movement while the text appears. What would be the best approach to accomplish this helix affect? Thanks!Screen Shot 2022-08-29 at 3.58.10 PM.png

Getting it to genuinely revolve would require it to be 3D ish with a plug-in like Trapcode 3D Stroke or an particle tool liek Form or Stardust.. That being said, regular sine waves can easily create the illusion by either continuously moving them in one direction or alternating the cusps' and valleys' positioning. so there's basically yyour answer. You would have to create the line effect as masks or shape layer paths, then animate them in some fashion as described.
