I assume you are referring to the updated system requirements for the next major release.

Unfortunately, users who cannot upgrade their hardware accordingly will have to use After Effects 22.x or 23.x.

I have heard of users getting a slightly reduced subscription rate for 12 months on the All Apps plan by contacting Adobe and stating that they are thinking of canceling due to not using all the apps.  That might be worth a try in this case having to use older versions,
