Help Frame Particle

I am new to After Effects, I can make a simple particle. 

Do you know how or can link me to a tutorial on how to make particles around a frame? Thanks

That's a great tutorial for the Trapcode plug-in, however, if you are after something simpler that doesn't need a plug-in I have small comp that does almost exactly the same thing which I can send over.

Hello, 

I don't see an attached file, could you re-attach it or send a link to a download? 

I meant frame, like is your comp able to design the elements/particles so it will be in a rectanglular shape like a frame (look like the picture above). 

If so could you explain how to do so using your file.

No problem, send me an email and I can email or WeTransfer it. (It's only a tiny file). Each line is a layer so you can move the layers where needed to make different shape boxes / frames.

The top layer is the master layer so if you change the particles on the top layer it will change the particles on all other layer also.
