i've done so many updates and reinstall every grapghic softwares.

how can i fix this ?

Can you clarify what is weird with your color pallet?

my color pallet's window design is different from normal one.

this is other person's color pallet

You have selected Use System Color Picker in the General section of Preferences. Turn that off and things will return to normal.

Exactly what @Rick Gerard said - you have changed your color pallet. To return to AE color pallet uncheck  System Color Pallet
