Help with plans

I tried to get After Effects but I guess I accidentally got the business version? And now it won't let me cancel it when I follow the directions to go in to manage the plan, because when I do it's saying that I have no paid plans, but it still charged me the 40 bucks. I just want to cancel it so I can get the normal version. Plus, it's not even letting me open it. It keeps saying Affer Effects is not part of my plan when I specifically purchased that one. Help?
