Hello!

I was trying to type in a text box but didn't have it selected, so I ended up initiating a bunch of hotkeys in After Effects. Now, my composition view has all these thin white lines/boxes in it. They dissapear when I'm previewing, so it's not a complete hinderence, but it's very annoying and I would like to disable them. I have no clue what setting I toggled or which hotkey I pressed to make it happen, but all my attempts to get rid of the view overlay has proven futile. Please tell me how to disable this!

Thank you!

Those are the traditional safe areas and there is in fact even a button at the bottom of the comp viewer (next to the zoom level readout) for it. I woulkd suggest you actualyl read the online help on these basics.
