Hi , After Effect 2017 crashes when moving timeline fast

i am new using After Effects, my After Effect 2017 was always crash, is it because my PC spec is not powerful or what ?

and my PC will hang when using around 2-3 hours

Intel I5-6500 CPU @ 3.20 GHz

Intel HD Graphics 530

SanDisk Ultra II 240 GB

16GB RAM
