I have an issue with After Effects, I have posted it to the community. Received a couple suggestions but they have not worked. I have called adobe and they are promising call backs for help. Its been over a month since I have been activley trying to fix this. I feel like because I signed up for an annual deal they don't care a bit and are holding me hostage with no support. What other options do I have?

Chat/calling with Adobe is the only way to get official support.
Posting here on the forums lets your fellow users try to help you as much ast they can.
Whatever your issues are, try the new version of AE that just launched today. Your issue may be among the bugs fixed!

Ive tried chat I have tried calling. I just got a call back on 10/27. Been waiting since 10/2. They told me they would call back in 24 hours on the 10/27 call because they couldn't fix it. Haven't heard anything still.
