How can I make the predator camouflage effect, in the same style as the 1987 film?

How can I replicate the same cloak effect from the 1987 Predator movie, with those repeated, concentric patterns? There are many tutorials on the internet teaching how to do a similar camouflage effect, but none of them are what I'm looking for. What I'm wanting is similar to a fresnel lens walking around the environment, Can anyone out there help?

Achieving this effect may be a complex process that requires careful attention to detail. However, the following steps may help you in your efforts:

Add Fractal Noise:

Create a new solid layer (Layer > New > Solid) and apply the “Fractal Noise” effect (Effect > Noise & Grain > Fractal Noise).
Adjust the settings to create a pattern that mimics the concentric patterns you’re looking for. Play with the Noise Type, Fractal Type, and Complexity settings.

Create the Fresnel Lens Effect:

Apply the “Polar Coordinates” effect (Effect > Distort > Polar Coordinates) to the Fractal Noise layer.
Set the Type of Conversion to “Rect to Polar” and adjust the Interpolation value to create a circular pattern.
You may need to adjust the scale of the Fractal Noise layer to get the desired pattern size.

Use the Fractal Noise as a Displacement Map:

Pre-compose the Fractal Noise layer (select the layer and choose Layer > Pre-compose).
Name the pre-comp and move all attributes into the new composition.
Apply the “Displacement Map” effect again to the top masked layer and set the Displacement Map Layer to the Fractal Noise pre-comp.
Adjust the displacement values to enhance the cloaking effect.

Adjust Opacity and Blending Mode:

Lower the opacity of the top masked layer to make the character semi-transparent.
Experiment with different blending modes (such as Overlay or Screen) to blend the character with the background.
