How can I recreate this in After effects

Hello Everyone. I need to know if someone can help me to recreate this text effect please!

It's between 3:05 and 3:43, it's the same text effect.

There's a few ways. Depending on what surface you are putting the text on, the most straight forward may be
1. Track the surface in Mocha AE (look under Animate > Track in Mocha AE)
2. Apply the track data to a Null
3. Change the blending mode
4. Use Mesh warp or liquify or puppet tool or similar to warp the graphic to fit the face.

Mocha is not going to warp the text to the face like this:

Mocha can be used to enhance the tracking, but you are going to need Lockdown to make the text look like it is stuck to the actor's face. You're also going to need some footage that has detail in the face. You have to plan your shot so the tracking will work. The shot in the sample video had to be color corrected to put the right side of the face deep in shadow. It would not track as it is.
