How can I transform this shape back into a basic rectangle?

I'm using the Core Start and Core End points to move this solid frame-by-frame over a video, and it was working fine, though I did something, not sure what, and now it seems to be doing something to transform the solid/shape on some of the frames (please see attached), sometimes when I drag on one of the Core Start or end points it is widening the rectangle. I want the shape to be a rectangle and not change. I only want to move the Core points to match the footage. In the attached image you can see the shape becomes wider at the top. What did I do, and how can I change the shape back on each frame as necessary to the way I like? Thank you in advance!

Disable the "Perspective" Option, check that the start and end widths are identical and also turn off motion blur.
