How create this text animation ? (individual letter draw up)

I love the animation of this title from an adobe official  video.

It looks like each character is individually animeted following the shape of the letter.

I know how to do it manualy, but is there a way to done it automatically ? I don't think Adobe creators did it manualy for each title. So is there a way to batch the process ?

It looks like it may use a pre-animated typeface, although I don't recognise the specific one it may be.  You can find many such typefaces around to purchase, such as at aescripts.com
