How Do I Default my messed up layout setting to the Original Setting?

I'm very new to After Effect

I have no idea what I've clicked on

but the original default setting looks like this..

Where do I start and change it??

Please help me

Double click any workspace and choose Yes to revert to the original layout. You can also use the Window/Workspace menu to reset to saved layout for any selected workspace. The workspaces are at the top of the UI. You can also edit the layout of your workspace selections using the drop down workspace menu.
