I have tried the camera tracking method but I keep getting the analysis failed message so Im needing help, I'd like to paste a poster permanantly on the red circled area and have it be there as the camera tracks back and forth.

The most efficient workflow depends entirely on the shot. From your screenshots, it looks like there are more moving objects in the scene (people) than fixed objects (your signpost). You'll have to use another tracking method. I suggest that you give Mocha AE a try.

You will also need to do some Rotoscoping. Mocha AE also looks like the best solution for that. If you shared the video you are trying to work with, I could give you better advice.

This tutorial I created should give you the basic workflow you need.

I hope that gets you started.
