How Link duplicate text layers in After Effects with expressions to consolidate in Essential graphics.How to bind text layers to one text.

Reveal the source text of both text layers and then trag the pick whip of the one source text property onto the other source text.

In the example shown in the screenshot, we drag the pick whip from "text 1" onto the source text of "text 2". That creates an expression on "text 1" such that it always changes whenever you changer "text 2" (also if text 2 is added to the Essential Graphics Panel)

If the texts are not in the same composition, show the timelines of both comps side by side and the you

I am not at all sure what you are trying to do. Please clarify your design goals. It's pretty easy to line text up over backgrounds,  animate characters into place, and control fonts. If we knew what you were trying to accomplish maybe we could help.
