How to add layer name into custom render output?

I have 3 layers

- text

- foreground

- background

How can I write the filename?

I am looking for something valid like [compName]_text_foreground_background.[#####].[fileextension]

That's not possible. This stuff simply has its limitations. You'll have to add it manually or the old-fashioned way by setting render outputs via script, for which of course solutions exist. Just check AEScripts.com.
