How to do this text animation?

Was wondering which text animation this was & how he was able to get the white line come in before the text "Travis Scott" showed. Also how he got the "type beat" in the box and got the text and box to expand like that. The text starts at 0:04 seconds. Thanks!

These are all basic AE techniques involving animated masks/ shape layers with strokes and some simple mirrrored linear wipes, scaling and stroke completion animation. The rest is just a question of timing your keyframes. Sorry to be snarky, but my newbie alert just went off, hence I would strongly urge you to do some basic help reading and tutorial watching. Really, the clip is litterally so basic my mom could do it in PowerPoint.
