How to export animation to use later?

I made a looped animation. How do I export it to use later? There are also some adjustable variables, I want to be able to change them in Premiere Pro.

Hi there!

Do you mostly go to use this animation in Premiere Pro? If so, please look into creating a motion graphics template. Here's a tutorial: https://adobe.ly/4jaeEBi. You'll also have to option to add parameters to the mogrt for making changes in Premiere Pro.
