How to extract data from a CSV-file

I have imported a CSV-file called "Firms" into AE.

Inside the file I have 100 firm names.

I want to to create a text layer that use these 100 firm names and use a Slider Control to present all

the firm names with different speeds.

How can I do this? (I don't know scripting)

I managed to find a way out my self.

I copied the expression from one of the data elements in the CSV file and pasted the expression into the source text of a text layer. I then pick whiped the source text to a Slider Control and then I have control of which name that is presented with the Slider Control!
