Move the embedded source video to another folder.
"Two files are missing something you last saved this project." And the sauce disappears.
Like the embed function in the illustration, how do I fix the video even if I move it to another place?

Right-click on the footage and choose replace source. You may want to read the online help on such basics.

Missing sauce is usually hiding in the back of the fridge. 🙂
But seriously, find the missing items in the Project window. You can even type "Missing" into the Project window's search tool and choose "Missing Footage" to reveal all missing footage items.
Then right click on the item and choose Replace Footage -> File

Thank you for your answer:) but what I want to know is that I don't want to replace the file, I want it fixed to the video even if I move the file path

If you're saying you want After Effects to automatically track/locate footage items when you move them, that's not possible. After Effects has no ability to embed or contain assets within its project files.
