How to Have Alpha Matte Layer Move With Stroke Layer?

Hello!

Scenario: Successfully added an Alpha Matte Layer to a Stoke Layer Purchased from Envato.

Stroke Layer Moves Around, but I Need Them to Both Move Around, as It Looks too Sloppy for this Particular Project. 

Question: How Would I Get the Alpha Matte Layer to be Animated in the Same Exact Way as the Original Stroke Layer?

Make the Alpha Matte layer the child of the Stroke layer by using the Parenting Column Pickwhip or dropdown menu. Just set the Stroke layer as the parent.
