How to make last frame as a first frame of a composition in after effects

Hi guys working on the video which starts from the blank frame the simple slide in text animation and it stays here. now i need that my video starts from the last frame so when its stoped it doesnt looks its empty.

so my end frame is like a thumbnail of the video

If I understand you correctly simply select the layer and go to Layer > Time > Time-Reverse Layer.

but sorry i just wanted the thumbnail in the starting in the video dont want to grab the screenshot cause i have to many video so is there anyway in after effects

You can set the Poster frame for compositions but not for videos. If you want to change the Thumbnail, place the playhead over the desired frame and go to Composition > Set Poster Frame.

Select the layer and go to Layer > Time > Enable Time Remapping. Then, place the playhead exactly over the frame you want to "freeze" and create a new keyframe in the time remapping parameter that appear on your layer. Select that keyframe and go to Animation > Toggle hold keyframe.

If you want to hold a clip all the time at a certain frame: add the clip to the timeline, move the time indicator to the desired frame, right click on the clip and choose: Time > Freeze Frame

Your question isn't clear, but if I understand correctly you want to freeze the last frame of your video, if so: select the clip in timeline press ctrl + Alt + t (enable time remapping) and extend the out of the layer as much as you want
