How to make moon reflect sun lights?

Hi Guys,

Following setup is 2D animation vector art,

Everything is done except following,

I am creating science video. Where sun emits light (as AI layer) and i want to make this light follow moon around earth? And second light obj reflect back on earth.

Kind like in this image, Where sun emits light on moon, moon orbit in ellipse,

I think following steps need to be done don't know how.

1. stick one end of the light shape on sun

2. second end follows moon

3. repeat for moon to earth where one stick at the end of center of the earth

How to animate this light?
