How to make my shape flexible

Hello there!

I have a small problem with animation in AE. I want to animate all yellow and orange circles so taht they will come from left side and then first orange arrow shape will move from left to right being very flexible like a snake 😄 so that it will finish on the end of the black circles. On the second picture i draw a blue line which shows how I want all this yellow and orange circles to behave before they will finish on their final position.

If anyone could give me any advice how to make this arrow shapes so flexible it would be really helpful for me!!

Nothing to make "flexible". Yopu have to re-create the shapes in animatable form using shape layers, radial wipes, strokes following paths and so on. You have to think ahead in such scenarios, not just create the visuals first and then think about animation later.
