That video is almost two hours long. Please give the exact time in the video that illustrates what you're talking about.

So now I am really confused. Do you want to make this:

or this:

or this:

???

I think you have to hire a crew and shoot a movie. I don't see any effects other than color grading. Wait, maybe there was a 3D model involved in the shot at 1:15, and I have to admit that I did see some shots where the background was replaced without paying much attention to camera movement.

Do that by editing. Nothing magic about it and you do not do something like that in After Effects. Use an editing app like Premiere Pro.

They use a series of jump cuts. In a few instances it looks like they are just cutting a half a second out of the footage to give it a jitter effect (repeat effect). In other places they are adding the cut and then sliding another cut between the first segment. As stated before, this is simply using the Cut tool in AE or Premiere (most likely Premiere).

Those titles are nothing but a text layer edited with a cut and then a fade in (dissolve). No plug-ins required. The only thing you need to know is how to edit in a nonlinear editor. You could even do it in iMovie or Microsoft Movie Maker. You just have to read the instructions and start. Again, After Effects is NOT the right tool for this kind of simple editing.

In Premiere, add a shot to the timeline, select the shot, Copy, make sure that the CTI (time indicator) is at the end of the copied shot and Paste. You can do the same thing in After Effects but cutting a two and a half minute sequence in an AE comp is a bit nuts.

Like I said before. There is no magic, you just make the cuts. You can repeat a shot as many times as you like, just copy, paste paste paste and as long as the time indicator is at the end of the last shot you will get duplicates.

You can also use other techniques, but that is probably the simplest way to get multiple shots in a scene. I think it kills the narrative, but then that's just my opinion.
