The first thing I would do is set the blend mode for the layer with the mask to Alpha Add, then I would play with mask expansion and mask feather.

It also helps diagnose problems if you show both the switches and modes column (the first two icons at the bottom left corner of the timeline panel, and we see the modified properties of the layer or layers that are giving you problems. Select the layer with the mask, the layer below, press UU to show us everything that has been changed, then let u

Did you tried setting up 100% the Magnification ratio popup? Not at 109%.

The problem usually happens if you have a subtract mask on one layer and the same mask but in Add mode on another. The antialiasing that happens on the mask edges leaves a little bit of overall opacity between the layers. If the mask is precisely lined up over the pixel grid, then this problem is a lot easier.

Thank you sir, Alpha Add has removed the black edge on the door, and you are right, it has both add and substract mask.

But for the bird one, the edge is actually not a mask, and I can see that line from frame 1 to frame 10, and it disappear at frame 11. I trid to figure it out with no luck, any idea how to fix this? Thank you so much.

When you are trying to isolate a problem the first thing you need to do is select the layer, press "uu" to reveal everything that has been modified on the layer, then solo the layer to see if the problem goes away. More often than not the thing that is causing the problem is very easy to spot.

If the problem goes away when you solo the layer, then it comes from another layer. If the problem goes away when you start turning off effects then there is either something wrong with the settings in the effect or the choice of the effect. Start by resetting the changes. You can do this easily in the timeline. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to isolate a problem like the disappearing line.  If it is in the original video you can probably remove it easily with CC Simple Wire Removal. I took your screenshot, put it in a new comp the size of the image, applied the first copy of CC Simple Wire Removal, made a guess at the start and endpoint of the vertical line, set the Removal Style to Fade and adjusted the width until I could see a black line, then I set the Comp Magnification factor to 400% and double-checked the position of the start and endpoint. Then I set the  Removal Style to displace and fine-tuned the settings. The process was repeated for the horizontal line with another copy of CC Simple Wire Removal. It would be extremely difficult for anyone to be able to detect the repair. Total time, less than the time required to compose this post. Here are the settings that worked.
