Hello there, i have plenty layers with the same size as each other in 3D space an each layer has different z position and i need match their size from camer ato be the same, is there some automation way to do that?

There used to be scripts to that effect. Start by checking AEScripts.com. Otherwise some expression based on the cosine in relation to the distance and zoom factor might be required.
