I am unable to open Adobe After Effects

I have been trying to open the Adobe After Effects software for quite some time but somehow it is not possible. Many times I have uninstalled it, and reinstalled but when I am going to open wait for long twelve hours but not open. Can anyone help me? I will be really grateful.
