I cannot get a preview

Hi everyone,

While working with After Effects on my laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce 4060 graphics card, I cannot get a preview. When I connect an external monitor via DisplayPort, I still can't get a preview. However, I am able to preview when using an HDMI cable.

What steps should I follow to get a preview on my laptop without using any external monitor, or to get a preview after connecting an external monitor to my laptop via DisplayPort?

I would appreciate your support regarding a solution to this issue.

Do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).
