I cant download an older version of after effects

Ive got Creative cloud, and when i try to download an older version of after effects, i only get those shown all the way from 23.1 to 22.0.

I am trying to get an older version tho and dont know where to get them from.

Unfortunately Adobe decided to pull older versions. You cannot access them on the server with tricks. Short of finding the installers elsewhere there's really nothing anyone here can do about the matter.
