I have a 4k 28" monitor and my timeline displays weird seconds

So this is a 6 seconds clip and its displays weird in the timelime seconds.. Instead of just seconds I see a lot of frames and the seconds are only in the middle of the frames and its not so comforatable to work with..

I tried some solutions I find online but nothing changed it..

My second monitor is is 1080 and 24 inch, and the problem is not happening on it..

btw I alreadt tried pressing on the time in the left of the timline while pressing control.. it didnt fix that
