Hello, I just bought After Effects but at the time of payment the money was debited from my card but the program appears as if I had not purchased it, giving me the purchase option again but it won't let me download it. I have proof of the transfer but it still won't let me download it

Here I attach the screenshot that the corresponding money was debited, I don't know what I can do about it since there is no email I can write to and I am desperate, just today I had the whole afternoon free to start but they just scammed me

Try downloading the Creative Cloud app, login in to that app, then installing After Effects using Creative Cloud.

If that fails, contact customer support.
