You have dialled down the frequency usage to 2000 Hz and that is the lower bass ranges which in many audio files doesn't have much amplitude. If you want to bring out thoise sounds, you will have to use some actual processing on the source file, not relying on the limited capabilities of the Audio Spectrum effect or for that matter AE's limited audio processing.
