i want to remove or replace an animated shape

hi 

i have a video and its have some animated shape and text and i want to remove or erase those and replace them with new shape . or making the exact animated shape and put it on the previous one . 

im not a pro in AE and im learning it . 

if you have any suggestion i will be happy to know

please help me

If the images are from footage then your only option is to motion track the animated green square and replace the whole thing. Mocha AE would be the right tool to do the motion tracking. This means you will have to create your own animated transition. Anything else would be way too much work.
