I'm update 17.1.1 that have problem  illegal command sequence all my project.

how to resolve ?

Start by checking whether you have inherited some custom scripts. You may need to re-install those or get updated versions. Other than that the usual would apply: trash the preferences, clean out the caches, check your settings. You may simply have an incompatible setting or some borked data left from the previous version.
