Imported "Multiple Sequences" causing problem when I want to refresh it inside of AE

Hello, I have found something what seems to be a bug to me....

 

When I import multiple sequences at once by "Multiple Sequences" option in dialog window, I am not able to Reload them later on by "Reload Footage" option in the project manager in AE... This will ignore all new images in the imported sequence, I need to replace the sequence and then it will work as expected.

 

Any ideas what happens here?
