Install After Effects only with Creative Cloud

Can You Use After Effects only with Creative Cloud (without extra installation)?

Because then it would be worthwhile for me to buy only Creative Cloud.

I'm not clear what you mean. It's basically the other way around - yopu pay for a specific app (or all of them) and all the CC stuff around it is thrown in "free" or because it's technically required. In any case, a proper install is always necessary for the main programs themselves and the CC stuff. So the answer to your question presumably is "No, there is no AE sans CC."

I mean, if you download the CC desktop application, AE is also available for free without buying it extra.

Your question seems reveresed/

If you want AE only, downlaod the CC Desktop app and doenlpad and license just AE from there

All other apps available to purchase will be available but if you want another app you will need todownload and install that seperately
