Installation error

 I try to open the software after the installation, it appears "After Effects error: could not convert Unicode characters" , may I know how to fix this problem ?

This is an old problem with some fonts installed in your computer. Try this:

Go to your Contro Panel > Region > Administrative. Then click on the Change System Locale button and deactivate the Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support.

I'm using and old PC with Windows 7 (my main machines are Macs), not sure if the control panels have the same names in Windows 10.
