Is there a way for after effects to display premiere's timecode when dynamic linked?

right now i have to eyeball the entrance of animations and it can get quite slow.

You cann temporarily apply a Generate --> Timecode effect and set its properties accordingly along with ensuring that things like comp start time and footage interpretation are set up correctly to reflect what you use in Premiere.
