Issue - Cannot Parent Camera to Null Object (camera control layer)

Hey everyone,

I am following a tutorial in hopes of creating a 3D Logo Intro. However, I am stuck when I am supposed to Parent/Pick Whip my Camera to my Null Object. There is no symbol for Parenting on my Camera Layer. Every other layer has the symbol. This is a very important part of the process. If anyone knows why I dont have the parenting symbol on my camera that would be helpful. I recall easily doing this in past projects no problem...

You completely misunderstand. Those are the track matte symbols, not the parenting. Toggle the colums by hitting Shift+F4 or right-clicking on the headers.

I am a Mac user. Shift + F4 doesnt do anything.

But you helped me figure it out anyway. Right Click on the panel, selected Columns, Parent & Link. Then the icons that look just like a pick whip appear. Solved!
