I dont know how to explain my issue, so I figure pictures would help. So my Pr file has the time line with all the cuts missing. I loaded up an auto save. Thats picture 1. Picture 2, 3, and 4 is affter effects. That saved fine before the computer crashed. When I start clicking in Ae, Pr updates like in picture 5. If I reload footage in Ae, then all I have is a black screen with whatever graphics I put in floating around.
There is an ofline file in Ae called Wolf Cuts 2018 CC.aep that I tried to reload, but it says After Effects: No file found at
UPDATE: I got tired of trying to figure this out and decided to start over. The issue now is when I replace a Pr file with Ae compsoition, a blank video gets sent to Ae and updates my Pr with the blank image.
UPDATE 2:
Its like its only this specific clip. Look at the eye in the composition pannel. The hide video option is missing from the Wold of wall Street clip, yet is present in the Trump clip.
