Issues adding cinema 4d

Question

I have added cinema 4d previously but I had to delete it from applications because of lack of storage. I need to get it again but when I go to the app it says that its already been added since I have technically already done so. I dont think its registered that it's been deleted? Or something like that. Does anyone know how else I can add it again?

To resolve this issue, ensure that all Cinema 4D files, including preferences and cached data, are completely removed from your system. Then, try reinstalling it through the Creative Cloud app. If it still shows as installed, sign out and back into Creative Cloud or contact Adobe Support to refresh your app registry
