keyframe help

I need help:) soo when I add a keyframe to something from effects and presets the keyframe is a circle and I can't like move it around or add a graph so does anyone know how to change that?? I'm sorry if that made no sense but I really want to fix itScreen Shot 2019-12-01 at 7.18.11 PM.png

You haven't completely twirled down the parameter that the keyframes are on.

 

For example, if you apply position keyframes to a leyer, but only make the Transform section title visible (which contains all the transform properties like Position, Scale, Rotation etc) it will show round keyframes where any keyfdrames within the Transform sub-heading exist.

But if you twirl down (open) the Tranform section, you'll then see the correct keyframes in the Position parameter.

The easy way to view all keyframes in a layer is to select the layer and press U, which will make all current keyframes visible.

Your keyframes are not Position keyframes, so revealing Position won't help.  The original screenshot you posted was cropped so tight I didn't know what your keyframes applied to, so I used Position as an example.  Your newer screenshot reveals that the keyframes belong to an Effect.

 

In my previous post I suggested you select the layer and press U to reveal all keyframes.  Did you try that?
