keyframes don't move with drag layers

Hi, each time i drag a layer to new position in the time edit, its keyframes don't move along with it. how do i fix this please

Hi, thanks for your speedy answer, I had the pan-behind anchor tool selected, i unselected it and try again, yet i have the same issue.
